Hi Haseeb, not sure if I get this point. I would argue that a candidate willing to drop by for a week or two at the office is a great way for him and the company to evaluate culture fit, to get a deep understanding of the problems to be solved, work process… and eventually, its the best way to meassure all the intagibles of taking the job offer / hiring the candidate. Not many candidates do this, so I’d say generally only great candidates do this. Could you clarify a bit for me please?
